The property owned by Global LifeSci Development Corporation consists of approximately 170 acres and is located at 11700 Cherry Hill Road in White Oak, MD. The property is adjacent to: ~660 acres owned by the General Services Administration (GSA) of which ~130 acres are leased to the FDA for its consolidated headquarters; ~50 acres are owned by Washington Adventist Hospital for its proposed new location; and ~115 acres are owned by Montgomery County, MD on its former sludge site known as Site 2. The property is accessible via the Intercounty Connector; US 29; I-495 and Cherry Hill Road. The GSA acquired ~15 acres of GLDC’s land through eminent domain and constructed a road now known as FDA Boulevard from the gates of the FDA through GLDC property to Cherry Hill Road.
